By creating an account or using Rel8s, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Don't use Rel8s for spam, illegal activity, sending unsolicited marketing in violation of Indian law, or to store anyone else's data without their consent.
Rel8s offers a 14-day free trial. Paid plans are billed in advance per user per month. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 7 days of payment.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but the service is provided "as is" without warranty. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms after giving reasonable notice.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
