1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using OPIS CRM, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use OPIS CRM for spam, illegal activity, sending unsolicited marketing in violation of Indian law, or to store anyone else's data without their consent.

4. Subscription & billing

OPIS CRM offers a 14-day free trial. Paid plans are billed in advance per user per month. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 7 days of payment.

5. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but the service is provided "as is" without warranty. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms after giving reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
